William Blair wins Summary Judgment in Land Use Dispute


On December 13, 2018 the Superior Court of Guam granted summary judgment in favor of a Korean photovoltaic solar company represented by William Blair. The case was initiated by an adjacent landowner who objected to the Guam Land Use Commission’s grant of a conditional use permit to develop a solar energy farm.
