Biography


Mr. Deinhart has thirty-five years of experience as a lawyer in Guam, Ohio, and Arizona. Prior to spending the past twelve years at the Blair Sterling Johnson & Martinez firm he practiced law, both solo and with firms, in Guam, Arizona and Ohio. He has also been a prosecutor on Guam and in Ohio.  He has counseled, litigated and practiced in a wide range of legal areas for businesses, large and small, and individuals. His practice at BSJM includes probate and estate planning, insurance defense litigation, insurance and securities compliance and licensing, business law counseling and litigation, real estate law, and creditor rights.  He continues to enjoy the practice of law and the opportunity to interact with various people, on a daily basis.


Community Involvement


Throughout his many years of practice, Martin has donated his time and energy, providing pro bono representation to non-profit organizations and consultation with communities on neighborhood projects. Like other members of the firm, Martin has volunteered as a coach and judge for high school mock trial competitions, and he has volunteered on Guam Bar Committees.


In addition to keeping busy at work, Martin enjoys being active in the outdoors, both land and sea.
